Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love what you bring home from Kindle & Bloom. Because many of our products are fragrance-based or consumable, some items are final sale.

Candles & Fragrance Products

Candles, room sprays, diffusers, car fragrances, and personal fragrances are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund. However, at our discretion, unused items may be exchanged within 14 days of purchase if they are accompanied by a receipt. Unused and unlit candles in their original packaging may instead be eligible for merchandise credit.

Home Goods & Gift Items

Eligible non-fragrance merchandise, including home goods and gift items, may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a refund to the original form of payment. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging, with all tags attached.

A receipt is required for a refund. Returns without a receipt may be eligible for merchandise credit at the item’s current selling price, at our discretion.

Gift cards, sale items, seasonal clearance, and items marked final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@kindleandbloomcandles.com. Include your order number and photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.

For online orders, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the incorrect item.

Kindle & Bloom reserves the right to limit or refuse a return that does not meet these guidelines.
