Welcome to Kindle & Bloom LLC. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of kindleandbloomcandles.com and your purchase of products from Kindle & Bloom LLC. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. General

You must be at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence to make a purchase from our website. If you are under the age of majority, you may use our website only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any part of our website, products, services, or these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes are effective when posted to this page. Your continued use of the website after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms & Conditions.

2. Products & Product Information

We make every effort to display product descriptions, photos, colors, and pricing as accurately as possible. However, colors may appear differently depending on your screen or device, and handmade products may vary slightly in appearance.

All product descriptions, availability, and pricing are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities and to discontinue a product at any time.

Our products should be used only as directed. Please review all product labels, warnings, and candle care instructions before use. Keep candles and fragrance products away from children, pets, open flames, heat sources, and other hazards. Discontinue use if a product appears damaged or defective.

3. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel an order at our discretion, including in the event of a product availability issue, pricing error, suspected fraud, or inaccurate order information.

If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will notify you using the contact information provided and issue a refund to the original form of payment.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

Payment must be made in full at the time an order is placed. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, shipping, and payment information for all purchases.

5. Shipping

We aim to process and ship orders promptly. Processing and delivery times are estimates and may vary based on order volume, carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other factors outside of our control.

Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, delivery timing is controlled by that carrier. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery as outlined in our Returns & Exchanges policy below.

6. Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love what you bring home from Kindle & Bloom. Because many of our products are fragrance-based or consumable, some items are final sale.

Candles & Fragrance Products

Candles, room sprays, diffusers, car fragrances, and personal fragrances are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund. However, at our discretion, unused items may be exchanged within 14 days of purchase if they are accompanied by a receipt. Unused and unlit candles in their original packaging may instead be eligible for merchandise credit.

Home Goods & Gift Items

Eligible non-fragrance merchandise, including home goods and gift items, may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a refund to the original form of payment. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging, with all tags attached.

A receipt is required for a refund. Returns without a receipt may be eligible for merchandise credit at the item’s current selling price, at our discretion.

Gift cards, sale items, seasonal clearance, and items marked final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@kindleandbloomcandles.com. Include your order number and photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.

For online orders, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the incorrect item.

Kindle & Bloom reserves the right to limit or refuse a return that does not meet these guidelines. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable law.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, product names, photographs, graphics, logos, branding, and design elements, is the property of Kindle & Bloom LLC or its content providers and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kindle & Bloom LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or use, arising from your use of our website or products.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any separate agreements through which we provide products or services are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
